I was born in a home with dogs, my dad used to have Great Danes and I think my fascination for the Irish Wolfhound is out of his interest in the GD and other big breeds. We also had Kleine Munsterländer at home. But as a child you want to do your own thing…
My first litter was born in 1989 with the prefix Pre-Eminence’s, at that time I also bred miniature wired haired Dachshunds. Since 1997, after a car accident I’m only breeding the IW’s. I was unable to walk for about one year and it took me some time to get going again and 1999 I was well enough to have a litter of IW puppies again under a new prefix Greirish.
So far I have bred, handled and owned about 50 champions, several of them with titles also in the other Nordic countries. I have also had Greyhound and Irish terrier.
For over a decade I lived togheter with Afghans, helped out with puppies and the every day life, althoghter 14 Afghan Hound litters was born during that time. (with my ex wife Christina Roseen, Kennel Khaos). I also on occasions showed some of them.
My other two big interests are old American cars and breeding and racing with trotters.
Because of my accident I only work part time as a Senior Adviser to the board of a Swedish Retail bank called SEB.
My family consists of my wife, Eva, who is a physiotherapist and massage therapist for dogs, she runs her own business, DogMotion i Tumba, in Tumba, just outside of Stockholm. Besides this our family contains two children Hampus and Julia and the cat Simba, afghan hound Aska and our wolfhounds .
